For longer delays resulting in an overnight stay, such as at a hotel or Airbnb, we provide an Uber Eats gift card so you can enjoy a meal delivered right to you. Meal amounts are based on delay duration, ensuring that however long you're held up, we're here to make it easier.

To request a stay, you’ll need to provide your electronic ticket number or boarding pass reference number, as well as your passport number. This helps us confirm your flight status and ensure you’re eligible for a stay.
Once your flight cancellation is verified, Standard members will receive their Airbnb gift card details via email or their account notifications, along with instructions for redeeming the gift card. First Class members will receive an email with their booking confirmation details. This process typically takes up to one hour from the time of your request.
Standard members will receive an Airbnb gift card, allowing them to select their accommodations through the Airbnb app. First Class members have the option to choose their hotel stay when requesting the benefit.
Postpone does not cover any transportation fees to hotels or Airbnb accommodations. However, our integration with Uber allows members to book rides quickly and efficiently. Simply log in to your account, click the car icon, enter your destination details, and confirm your ride.
Only account holders are eligible for hotel or Airbnb benefits. Standard Plan account holders may receive up to three stays per year in the event of a verified flight cancellation, while First Class Plan account holders may receive up to four stays per year. Additionally, one First Class Plan member is eligible for a free hotel benefit. Any additional users requiring a hotel benefit must purchase it separately.
If stay availability is limited, we will do our best to secure accommodations nearby. If we are unable to find a hotel for you, our team will provide an Airbnb gift card and will notify you immediately.
Yes, you can add adults or children to your Postpone account for an additional fee. This add-on is available at $96 per user annually for the Standard Plan or $5 per user per month for the First Class Plan.
For flight delays exceeding three hours, you may be eligible to receive a gift card for Uber Eats, DoorDash, Starbucks, or an airport restaurant voucher. These gift cards can be used at airport dining establishments, nearby restaurants, or for delivery directly to you.
To cancel a stay, please contact us as soon as possible using the waving hand icon, reach out via WhatsApp through your account dashboard, or email us directly at support@postponesupport.com. Providing immediate notification is important, as it will help us free up valuable resources for other members and ensure that we can provide timely assistance to other travelers in need of support.
If you cancel your subscription, you’ll lose access to Postpone benefits immediately. If you wish to rejoin, please contact our help desk and be aware that there will be a $100 resubscription fee.
If you have used all your stay benefits and need to purchase additional ones, navigate to the "Check Benefit Balance" section on our homepage. Enter your account number, click "Pay Now," select the quantity of benefits you wish to purchase, and proceed with payment. Please note that stay benefits are non-transferable and are exclusively available for use by the account holder. Each member must purchase their stay benefits separately.
After your stay is confirmed, your booking details, including the stay name and contact information, will be sent to you via email. We’re working on expanding account functionality to offer real-time updates in the future.
Currently, status updates are only sent via email or notification on your account. Once you submit a request, please check your email for confirmation and further details.
