Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to Postpone, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, effective as of [11/2/2024]. These Terms govern your use of Postpone's services, benefits, and platform.

Subscription and Membership

• Members pay $191.88 + 12.5% tax annually for the Standard Plan and $25.99 + 12.5% tax monthly for the First Class Plan. These plans grant access to Postpone services, including hotel accommodations, Airbnb gift cards, meal gift cards, and airport restaurant vouchers, in the event of flight delays or cancellations.
• Membership benefits are exclusively available to the account holder. For First Class Plan members, one additional member will receive one benefit free of charge. Any additional members will need to purchase their own benefits separately.
• Postpone reserves the right to alter fees or services with a 30-day advance notice.

Member Benefits

• Hotel accommodations for up to two nights per canceled flight.
• Airbnb gift cards provide members with the opportunity to secure accommodations during flight cancellations.
• Gift cards for airport restaurants during delays.
• Real-Time Flight Tracking: Enter your flight details to get real-time flight updates through the Postpone app or website.
• Uber Taxi Integration: Easily book an Uber from your Postpone account. Note that Postpone does not cover transportation costs.

Add-On Benefits

• Add up to 5 adults or children to your membership for $96 per person annually on the Standard Plan or $5 per person monthly on the First Class Plan. This option is ideal for group or family travel.
• Instant Flight Re-Booking: If your flight is canceled, PostPone secures the next available flight at no extra cost.
• Benefits Add-On: Increase flexibility with extra benefits for $56.25, allowing you to exceed the standard allocation.

Liability Disclaimer

Postpone is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of our services. All services provided are subject to availability and local regulations.

Termination of Membership

Members may terminate their subscription through the account settings. If reactivation is requested, members must pay a $100 resubscription fee.

Data Collection

• Postpone collects personal information (e.g., name, email, payment details, flight information) necessary for providing services.
• We may collect usage data through our app and website to improve user experience and optimize services.

Data Use

• Personal data is used solely for verification, providing requested services, and customer support.
• Flight information is verified upon delay or cancellation to ensure members receive accurate support and benefits.

Data Sharing and Storage

• Postpone does not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as necessary to provide services (e.g., hotel booking partners, Uber).
• Data is securely stored and encrypted, with access limited to authorized personnel.

Member Rights

Members have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Requests can be made through our support desk.

Cancellation

• Members can cancel their subscription at any time by accessing their account settings.
• Upon cancellation, all benefits and services are suspended immediately.

Reactivation

• Reactivation requires contacting customer support and paying a one-time $100 resubscription fee.
• Reactivated members must wait 30 days from the date of reactivation to access all membership benefits.

Refunds

Postpone does not provide refunds for partial months or unused services.

Verification Process

• Postpone verifies flight delays and cancellations through our platform by requiring members to enter their flight number and verify their identity.
• Members must notify Postpone within 24 hours of a flight delay or cancellation to qualify for services.

Eligibility for Services

• Verification confirms member eligibility for benefits such as hotel accommodations and gift cards. Only verified delays and cancellations qualify.
• Postpone reserves the right to deny services if flight details or identity cannot be verified.

Data Security

All flight and identity information is encrypted and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Subscription Payment through PayPal

• Postpone manages all subscriptions and payments through PayPal to ensure secure and reliable transactions.
• The fee for the Standard Plan is $191.88 annually, plus a 12.5% tax, while the First Class Plan is priced at $15.99 monthly, plus a 12.5% tax.
• Members will be billed automatically each month through PayPal. Members must maintain a valid PayPal account with sufficient funds to ensure uninterrupted service.

Unsubscription Process

• Members may cancel their subscription anytime by logging into their PayPal account and navigating to the “Manage Subscriptions” section.
• Upon cancellation, the current subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, after which all benefits and services will be suspended.
• If a member wishes to resubscribe, a one-time $100 reactivation fee will apply, and the member will be subject to the current monthly rate.

• For questions about billing or unsubscription, members can contact our support team via the Postpone app or website.

Service Overview

Postpone provides a flight re-booking add-on service to help members secure new flights in the event of a flight cancellation. This service is available for an additional fee of $70 per benefit for First Class Plan members and $75 per benefit for Standard Plan members.

Eligibility for Flight Re-Booking

1. Active Subscription
   Only members with an active subscription to Postpone are eligible to purchase and utilize the flight re-booking service.
2. Verification Requirement
   Members must provide valid proof of flight cancellation, including the flight number, original booking details, and verification of identity through the Postpone app or website.
3. Service Availability
   The flight re-booking service is subject to availability. Postpone cannot guarantee that flights meeting the member’s preferences will always be available.

Booking Process

1. Members must request re-booking through the Postpone app or website within 24 hours of the cancellation notice.
2. Postpone will present available re-booking options based on the member's preferences (e.g., destination, departure time, airline class).
3. Once a re-booking option is selected, Postpone will confirm the booking and provide updated travel details via email or the app.

Limitations and Restrictions

1. Cost Coverage
   The add-on fee covers Postpone's re-booking services only. Any additional costs exceeding the original ticket price, such as fare differences or baggage fees, are the responsibility of the member.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
   The flight re-booking add-on fee is non-refundable, even if the member decides not to proceed with the re-booking after initiating the request.
3. Airline Policies
   Members are subject to the policies and terms of the airline providing the re-booked flight. Postpone is not responsible for airline-imposed restrictions, cancellations, or delays affecting the re-booked flight.

Cancellations and Changes

1. Once a re-booking is confirmed, changes to the itinerary must be handled directly with the airline. Postpone does not manage post-rebooking modifications.
2. If a member wishes to cancel the re-booked flight, airline cancellation policies and fees will apply.

Dispute Resolution

1. Any disputes related to the flight re-booking service must be submitted to Postpone's customer support within 7 days of the issue.
2. Postpone will review and respond to disputes within 14 business days. Postpone’s decision regarding service disputes is final.

Data Usage and Privacy

All flight and personal information provided for the re-booking service is handled in compliance with Postpone’s Privacy Policy. Data is encrypted and shared only with necessary third-party providers (e.g., airlines).

Modifications to the Service

Postpone reserves the right to adjust the flight re-booking service fees or terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the app.
