By subscribing to Postpone, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of Postpone's services and platform. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Subscription and Membership

• Subscription Fees: All individual and family plans include a subscription fee plus a 12.5% tax. By subscribing, you agree to these charges.

• Membership Plans: Postpone offers plans that provide access to services such as meal compensation, accommodation compensation, flight rebooking compensation, and lost/damaged luggage compensation. These services are tied to the subscription and governed by plan-specific terms.

• Service Alterations: Postpone reserves the right to alter fees or services with a 30-day notice.

Postpone Creds System

Postpone offers a Creds-based system for managing travel disruption services. Creds are allocated annually based on the selected plan.

Usage:

• Creds can be applied for meal compensation, accommodation compensation, flight rebooking compensation, and lost/damaged luggage compensation.
• Members submit requests through the Postpone app, and approved requests convert Creds into funds deposited into a linked Payoneer account.
• Creds are non-cash-equivalent and exclusive to Postpone services.

Plan Allocation:

• Creds are distributed according to the member’s subscription plan.

Unused Creds:

• Any unused Creds at the end of the subscription year do not roll over to the next year.

Member Services

Meal Compensation for Flight Delays:

• Eligibility applies to delays of 3+ hours, with the maximum compensation determined by your plan.

Accommodation Compensation:

• Members are eligible for compensation for cancellations or delays exceeding 8 hours, up to the specified amount in their plan.

Flight Rebooking Compensation:

• Postpone provides funds for securing new flights after verified cancellations.

Lost or Damaged Luggage Compensation:

• Members are compensated for lost or damaged luggage as specified under the luggage compensation policy.

Lost or Damaged Luggage Compensation Policy

Eligibility:

• Members are eligible for compensation for lost or damaged luggage if the issue is reported and verified within 24 hours of the flight’s arrival.

Compensation Amount:

• Compensation is capped at the maximum specified in the member’s plan. Verification requires proof of loss or damage, such as a baggage claim receipt and airline report.

Claim Process:

• Members must submit claims via the Postpone app or website.
• Verification includes flight details, luggage receipts, and damage/loss reports.
• Approved claims will result in funds disbursed to the member’s registered Payoneer account.

Restrictions:

• Compensation applies only to active members and individuals listed on the plan.
• Claims for wear and tear or issues caused by the member are ineligible.

Data Collection:

• Postpone collects personal information necessary for providing services, including names, email addresses, payment details, and flight information.

Data Use:

• Data is used solely for verification, providing services, and customer support. Flight information is verified for delays or cancellations to ensure accurate support.

Data Sharing and Storage:

• Data is encrypted and shared only as required for service delivery, such as with Payoneer. Postpone does not sell personal data to third parties.

Member Rights:

• Members can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data through customer support.

Cancellation and Reactivation Policy

Cancellation:

• Members can cancel their subscriptions by logging into their accounts and accessing the settings menu. Upon cancellation, all services will be suspended immediately.

Reactivation:

• Reactivation requires a $100 resubscription fee. Reactivated members must wait 7 days to access services.

Refunds:

• Postpone does not provide refunds for partial months or unused services.

Verification Process:

• Members must notify Postpone within 24 hours of a delay or cancellation. Flight verification requires entering flight details and verifying identity via the Postpone app.

Eligibility:

• Only verified delays and cancellations are eligible for services. Postpone reserves the right to deny services if verification fails.

Payment:

• All subscriptions and payments are managed securely through PayPal. Automatic billing applies monthly or annually.

Unsubscription:

• Members can cancel their subscriptions through the account settings section or via PayPal. Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Circumvention of Services:

• Attempts to circumvent services may result in termination of membership.

Limitation of Liability:

• Services are provided “AS-IS,” and Postpone is not liable for indirect or direct damages caused by service use.

Breach of Terms:

• A breach of these Terms can result in membership termination without refund.
